Just over two years ago I was referred to Dr. Sina for a chin implant revision. A somewhat complicated revision, after our consult, I was confident Dr. Sina would deliver a beautiful result as well as provide support, if needed, before and/or after surgery. Dr. Sina is hands down the best facial plastic surgeon in Las Vegas! Dr. Sina did a revision of a revision of a revision on my nose! I could not be happier with my results! I just wish I had found him sooner!
Not only is he an incredible surgeon, he truly cares about his patients and their results. He goes out of his way to make sure they are recovering well, he even gives his cell phone number in case a patient needs anything post- surgery. I have never met a surgeon who is as skilled and cares as much as Dr. Sina.
Over the years I have referred several friends and family members and they have ALL been absolutely thrilled with their results!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sina, he truly is the best plastic surgeon ever. I have been a loyal patient of his for the past 10 years and I would never go to anyone else for my lip filler. Even though I travel from New York to Las Vegas to see him, it is completely worth it for the amazing results he consistently delivers.

I have wanted a rhinoplasty/septoplasty since I was 15 years old, but was terrified to pull the trigger, until I met Dr. Sina via a referral from another patient. He was detailed and honest in the consultation and made me feel comfortable with the decision to move forward with surgery. What I appreciated the most is that he made sure I still looked like me, but an improved version.
Dr. Sina made much needed changes that improved my overall look and breathing, but made it subtle enough so that people that know me wouldn’t know I had surgery (if I didn’t already tell them).
I had met with other facial plastic surgeons that showed me before/afters of patients where they all had the exact same nose, despite having different facial structures and looks.

I had been wanting to get my nose done for years but was always scared of the outcome. I wanted to wait a bit to write my review to see how my lips turned out.
Needless to say I am SO HAPPY with them. I was terrified of getting lip filler because I’ve seen it go wrong so many times, but after a lot of research I found Dr. Sina and decided, why not? They came out looking beyond natural, literally just a nicer version of my lips. I will definitely be returning for lip filler and trying botox before my wedding.
Another thing I loved was not getting more treatments pushed on me. Even when I inquired about different treatments, Dr. Sina provided genuine feedback and his professional opinion on what would be best for me, sometimes that even meant not recommending getting anything done. You can tell a doctor knows and cares about what they’re doing when they suggest what’s best for you and not best for business…

With great surprise, I had minimal pain and bruising (you can see from my day 5 photo in the cast). I don’t know if I just got lucky, or if Dr. Sina was just very gentle in his process — but I appreciated only needing to take pain meds for a day and a half.
I have now switched to his care for my dysport and lip filler because I appreciate his work. He is gentle, kind and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough.

Dr. Sina has a soft hand and a skilled eye.
Where some doctors may overuse fillers that caused a lumpy look, I left looking flawless with zero downtime. I loved the natural looking results while he corrected the little lines and imperfections that bothered me. He gave me a much needed boost of confidence and I felt great after my post-quarantine visit. He is also so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. The best and I truly mean the BEST surgeon. I had a rhino/septoplasty done August of 2023 and I could not be happier with my nose. My new nose quite literally changed my life… I was in a car accident 2 months after my surgery. Totally worth it – I still look like me, but better! I was prepared to fly out to LA to get a lip lift consult but decided to meet with a few local doctors first.
