Description:
This beautiful patient was bothered by the crepey and excess skin of her upper and lower eyelids as well as heaviness and sagging in her face and neck. She wanted to make her eyes look alive and refreshed as well as improve her neck angle, jawline and jowling. We performed a comprehensive facial rejuvenation with an upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, lower eyelid skin pinch, a deep plane face and neck lift and a full face laser resurfacing using a CO2 laser.

This patient was bothered by her under eye bags, as well as the sagging cheeks, jowls, marionette lines, loss of definition along the jawline, and sagging fat and muscle in the neck. We performed an extended deep plane face and neck lift as well as a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and a full face CO2 laser resurfacing to achieve our aesthetic goals.
