Description:
This beautiful patient was bothered by the crepey and excess skin of her upper and lower eyelids as well as heaviness and sagging in her face and neck. She wanted to make her eyes look alive and refreshed as well as improve her neck angle, jawline and jowling. We performed a comprehensive facial rejuvenation with an upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, lower eyelid skin pinch, a deep plane face and neck lift and a full face laser resurfacing using a CO2 laser.

This lovely patient was bothered by many of the classic signs of facial aging – sagging tissues in the neck, jowling, marionette lines, sagging cheeks and fine lines. She mentioned that she looked much older than she feels. We performed a deep plane face and neck lift on her to give her a much happier, younger and more refreshed look.

We performed an extended deep plane face and neck lift as well as a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and a full face CO2 laser resurfacing to achieve our aesthetic goals.
