Description:
This patient was bothered by her severely recessed and small chin as well as stubborn neck fat. We performed chin implant surgery as well as liposuction of the neck to give her a much more balance and harmony to her lower face and chin.

Description:
This beautiful patient was bothered by the crepey and excess skin of her upper and lower eyelids as well as heaviness and sagging in her face and neck. She wanted to make her eyes look alive and refreshed as well as improve her neck angle, jawline and jowling. We performed a comprehensive facial rejuvenation with an upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, lower eyelid skin pinch, a deep plane face and neck lift and a full face laser resurfacing using a CO2 laser.

This lovely patient was bothered by many of the classic signs of facial aging – sagging tissues in the neck, jowling, marionette lines, sagging cheeks and fine lines. She mentioned that she looked much older than she feels. We performed a deep plane face and neck lift on her to give her a much happier, younger and more refreshed look.

Description:
This patient was unhappy with the results of lip filler and wanted a more permanent change in her upper lip fullness. We performed an upper lip lift to give her more “red show” in the upper lip, resulting in a more plump and full upper lip.

This patient was a fashion model but she felt limited at work because she never wanted to wear her hair up because of her prominent ears. We performed an ear pinning procedure (otoplasty) to set her ears back. She was very happy with the results and felt much more confident during photoshoots.

This patient is a 30 year old trans patient who desired facial feminization surgery. We performed a Rhinoplasty and alar base reduction as well as a buccal fat removal to give her a softer and more feminine appearance.
